The Sikumi is equipped with a commercial galley, providing ample space for our chef to work. Alaska is home to some of the most prized seafood in the world. We can pull fish from the water and begin preparing them immediately. You simply cannot get more fresh seafood anywhere in the world.

If you choose the Sikumi for your Alaska adventure, you can count on wonderful cruise cuisine served with a flare. Our chef is very accommodating, and we can make arrangements to have whatever specialty foods and/or wines you would like.
